* We will try to accomodate our guests who need early check in or late check out, however this is not guaranteed. 

Housekeeping Services

No Housekeeping during stay.  The heightened cleaning process  takes place  after guests vacate the unit.  Each unit remains vacant for a full 24 hours between reservations.

Smoking/ Pet Policy

All rooms are non-smoking; a $500.00 will be charged to guests who smoke in the rooms. Non-smoking areas are provided on balconies and outside areas. No Pets allowed; a $500.00 deep cleaning and upholstery cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy and guests are to immediately vacate the unit without refund for unused time.

Cancellations

We understand sometimes things don't go as planned. Below you will find our cancellation policy:


May 15- November 15- Cancellations require 14 day notice prior to arrival date for a full refund.  Deposits not refundable if cancelled within 14 days of check in.


November 15-May 14=-Cancellations require 21 day notice prior to the arrival date for a full refund. Deposits not refundable if cancelled within 21 days of check in.


A $50 administrative fee will be charged to all cancellations.

Emergencies

In the case of an emergency you can give us a call at 954-999-2101 or come by our office next door at 4145 Bougainvilla Dr. during office hours Monday through Satuday 9-5pm. 

Zero Tolerance Policy

Service and Accommodations will be refused to or revoked from any person who :

  • Acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner while on property.
    Shows any signs of possible drug activity, or suspicious activities.  In some cases, the police may be called to inquire and/or investigate.
  • Maliciously destroys or threatens to destroy any motel property; causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance.
  • Refuses to or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services at time of check-in.
  • Negligently or intentionally causes damage to the motel, furniture or furnishings within the motel, and shall be liable for any and all damaged sustained by the innkeeper, including the property’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while said damage is being repaired.
  • We are privately owned and reserve the right to evict anyone from our property at any time for any reason.
